Before you start: These are original practice questions, not Microsoft exam items. The scaled score is an unofficial linear estimate on the 1–1,000 range. Everything runs in your browser, and nothing is saved, so print or save your score report before you close the page. For background on each topic, see the core notes and flashcards.

How these practice exams work

Each exam is drawn at random from the questions that match your settings. Questions are spread across the domains you select in proportion to the pool, so a 20-question exam mirrors the weight of each domain instead of clustering in one area. Every attempt draws a new set, and answer choices are shuffled unless you turn that option off.

  1. Choose your settings. Pick the domains and difficulty levels to include, the number of questions, and a time limit.
  2. Answer like the real exam. Move freely between questions, flag questions to revisit, and use the navigator to find anything you skipped. In Exam mode, the exam submits automatically when time runs out.
  3. Review your score report. See your overall score, results by domain, difficulty, and question type, the explanation for every question, and advice on which topics to study next.

The pool includes multiple-choice, multiple-response, and simple performance-based tasks such as matching a need to a container host and ordering a Function deploy with a secret pull. The real exam may include interactive components. This page does not simulate the Azure portal.

Question pool by domain

The 200 questions use midpoints inside each AI-200 range from the October 7, 2026 study guide that add to 100 percent: 22%, 33%, 22%, and 23%.

4.0 Secure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure solutions20–25%4518 / 18 / 9

Difficulty levels: Beginner questions check a single fact, such as which service stores container images. Intermediate questions apply a concept to a short scenario. Advanced questions combine several facts, ask for the FIRST or BEST action, or are performance-based tasks.

How scoring works

In the score report, domains below 75% are marked as focus areas and ordered by impact: a low score in a heavily weighted domain comes first. Aim for 85% or higher across every domain before you book the real exam.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real Microsoft exam questions?

No. Every question is original and written from the public AI-200 study guide. Certicab does not use or distribute leaked exam content.

Does the estimated scaled score predict my real result?

No. Microsoft reports a score from 1 to 1,000 with a passing score of 700, and it does not publish how raw scores convert. The estimate is a linear guide for your own attempts, not a prediction.

How many practice questions should I answer before booking the exam?

Aim for consistent scores of 85% or higher on mixed-difficulty, timed exams that cover every domain, then review every explanation, including for questions you answered correctly.

Are my answers saved or sent anywhere?

No. The exam runs entirely in your browser. Answers and results are not stored or sent, so they disappear when you close or reload the page. Print or save the score report if you want to keep it.
